Shareholder Announcement

Sandra L. Clapp & Associates, P.A. is thrilled to announce that as of January 1, 2023, Auriana Clapp-Younggren and Kimberly Soyer have become shareholders of the firm. Ms. Clapp-Younggren has been with the firm as an Associate Attorney since 2014 and Ms. Soyer has been with the firm as an Associate Attorney since 2012. This recognition and opportunity is well deserved after years of hard work in the estate planning field and dedication to the clients of the firm.

Ms. Clapp-Younggren practices in estate planning, probate and trust administration, pre-marital planning, and guardianships. Ms. Clapp-Younggren particularly enjoys assisting families in navigating the court process to protect loved ones through guardianships and conservatorships. She enjoys crafting estate plans for young families and wealth generational planning. In her spare time, Ms. Clapp-Younggren enjoys reading, running, traveling, and playing with her 3 rambunctious children.

Ms. Soyer practices in estate planning, trust administration, marital planning, business formation, and probate. Ms. Soyer likes working closely with clients to prepare and implement the best estate plan for their needs. Ms. Soyer especially enjoys the relationships she makes with her clients and being able to assist them over the years and life changes. When not working, Ms. Soyer appreciates spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and trying to keep up with her kids on the slopes.
